Not much to Report here. Man I just slept the entire day away.

Stay tuned! Day 5 is the TUF9 trials. Hopefully by then i will be getting ready for a training camp and packing for vegas. I also will give the play by play of my trip to Columbia, MO to train with former teammate and Olympian Ben Askren and American Top Team's own Din "Mr. Fantastic" Thomas (not really his nickname just call him that cause his jab is hella long and hard to get away from:)
